•  We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment in its entirety.•  All products are supplied subject to availability.•  In the event that we are unable to supply any items ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.•  All images of product on this site are for guidance only.•  All Prices Include GST Posting & Handling•  We use Australia Post and Australia Air Express to send our Items.•  As you can understand some Items are just too large to send via Australia Post, so Sik Hobbies® reserves the right to send your items via Courier. In some rare cases this may incur an additional fee, however you will be notified prior to the charge, subject to your approval.
 
Returns Policy
 
•  If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange as long as it is unused and in it’s original packaging.•  Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.•  Full refunds for faulty goods will be given as long as no signs of misuse can be seen. This will be at the Discretion of a Technical Advisor who will assess the item in question.•  Please not that any signs of misuse will result in immediate termination of warranty as per the Manufacturers guidelines.•  Unwanted items that are returned, will receive a full refund less the cost of postage providing they adhere to the above clause.
 
Returns Procedure
 
•  If for any reason you decide to return an unused or faulty item, You will need to head to your Support Cntre and open a Refund Request. The Ticket will help you and Sik Hobbies® Track your return. On receipt of the goods we will exchange, credit or refund which ever is applicable.•  Please Fill out the Warranty/Refund Form in its entirety. Please explain the action you would like us to take.•  We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.•  When Sending the Item back please Include the Tracking Number for faster Identification of your item.•  If you send a product back for an exchange, please note that for any new items re-sent, you are responsible for the shipping.•  Sik Hobbies® Reserves the right to change this Policy without Notice
